The Delaware IT Industry Council was formed to create a forward-looking infrastructure that will continue to feed the state’s talent pool and provide residents with the opportunity to fulfill their career aspirations. In partnership with government, higher education institutions, Delaware Pathways, and employers, the council will set regional goals and develop comprehensive strategies to nurture inclusive talent, such as modern apprenticeships and employer-sponsored training programs.
